Well yeah but what they are doing isn't exactly budding, since humans start out as a ball of mush then grow into a seahorse then into a human, we have it coding in ourselves to grow a finger or a kidney or an ear or whatever, they just don't know how to reactivate that coding and are trying to find it out.pizzamanilla wrote:A WIP I'm working on for a friend. Budding... humanoid budding. That would be pretty cool actually. Maybe I could cut off a finger and watch it grow into a human. They're actually researching stuff like that now. They're got growing limbs and organs now, now they're experimenting with growing humans out of parts of the body. But that's not authentic budding is it? Real budding... I'd like to see that.

I have returned from camp. And I don't feel like saying much and I am trying to keep my post shorter so I wont be talking about how it went right now.
But I want to say some stuff about the camp out sometime.
In games where I can design my character I like to look as much like I do in reality as I can. But I can't in most games because they tend to not have long enough hair for the male characters. But I love my Skyrim character because I could make myself look like me but older and as a cat. And the blue fine clothes I tend to wear all over the place remind me of my jacket I wear to indoor places in the outside world (In many places people take their jackets off when they go inside. But down here in the frying pan that is Texas, we put our jackets on when we go inside.). And the hair I chose is the kind of hair I would have if I was a cat person. And I feel that because I am furry and have fur on the top of my clothes and look like an older version of me I feel that the fact that my hair is shorter does not make me dislike my character. I could imagine that if I was older and wandering the world stabbing bandits then I might have shorter hair that shows my face more.

Well my teamspeak server is now officially closed because I just found out that my internet is way better and it was crippling me.

Now I will say some things about that campout I went to last friday. I felt like I kind of sort of snapped and stopped really caring about anyone I did not really consider a friend. And kind of stopped caring in general. Caring is one of the things that causes some of my unsocialness, shyness, and meekness. I did not do as much bending my will to the desires of others as I normally do. I'm not normal but I have my limits when it comes to weirdness. There is a difference between the two. But I did some weird things and did not care. And I learned things. I learned more about my self. And I learned things about my friends and acquaintances. And more importantly, I learned who my real friends are.
I think I will find what I learned at camp to be useful information. Both here and in the outside world.
